REVIEWS & COMPILATIONS
Third parties relying on your financial statements will often require a review or compilation. We utilize the state of the art research and software tools to conduct an efficient and effective review or compilation of your company's financial statements.
Reviews and compilations are conducted using the guidance provided in the "Statement on Standards of Accounting Review Services (SSARS)," issued by American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
A review is less in scope than an audit. Reviews consist primarily of inquiries of company personnel and analytical procedures applied to financial data.
During a compilation we assist management to compile an applicable report base on management representation and information provided to us. Examples of reports we can compile are:
-
Company's financial statements with or without note disclosures.
-
Projected or forecasted financial statements.
-
Personal financial statements
-
Interim financial statements
- Budget analysis
- Cash flow analysis
- Special project analysis
